01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 99z777 website accessible at 99z777.net, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, betting interfaces, account management areas, and support channels.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 99z777 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's 99z777 wallet, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Player from their own financial accounts via supported payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, referring to the identity and document verification process applied to Player accounts.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 99z777 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their contents.
2. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any amendments made to them.
3. You have also read and agreed to the 99z777 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
4. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

03 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the 99z777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. 99z777 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will terminate any Account found to be held by a person under this age, regardless of account balance.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of 99z777 or any of its affiliated game providers or software vendors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by 99z777 or any other recognised gaming operator or regulatory body.

04 Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the 99z777 Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

When registering your Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Keep your registration information current and update it promptly if any detail changes.
• Choose a strong, unique password and not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notify 99z777 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

99z777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, 99z777 requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests or at any time the Platform deems verification necessary.

Verification documents may include but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if requested.

Until KYC verification is complete, 99z777 reserves the right to restrict deposits, limit withdrawals, and place holds on Account balances. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate Account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99z777 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to the Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 99z777 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name.
• 99z777 reserves the right to reject any deposit and return funds if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or terms violation.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being complete on the Account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally possible.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically same-day; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within one to three business days.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 99z777 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

99z777 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are used before Real Money Funds unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• 99z777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any indication of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or using prohibited game types to fulfil wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering structure.

08 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the 99z777 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, color prediction, Vivo Live, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface or betting market. In addition, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 99z777 does not reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of demonstrated technical malfunction directly attributable to the Platform.
• 99z777 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all relevant games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during gameplay, 99z777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per bet, as displayed within the game interface.
• For sports betting, 99z777 reserves the right to void markets in the event of clearly erroneous odds being published, match abandonment, or verifiable fraud affecting the outcome of an event.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at the discretion of the Platform without prior notice.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 99z777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through any arrangement with a third party.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially criminal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are forfeit.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated betting fraud.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity or funds that do not belong to you.
• Using the Platform while subject to an active self-exclusion order.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 99z777 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99z777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data resulting from circumstances outside 99z777's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from circumstances constituting force majeure, including natural disasters, civil unrest, governmental action, internet outages, or regulatory intervention.

In all cases where 99z777's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Termination & Suspension

99z777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A determination that the Account holder does not meet eligibility requirements.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, 99z777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not related to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 99z777 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact 99z777 through the support channels listed in Section 17 and allow a period of not less than 30 calendar days for the matter to be resolved informally. 99z777 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days.

16 Amendments to These Terms

99z777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Where practicable, we will also notify registered Players of significant amendments via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 99z777 Platform after any amendment to these Terms is posted constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
